ANALISIS CITRA PERBANKAN DI KOTA BIMA (STUDI PADA BANK BNI, BANK BRI DAN BANK NTB)
The research title is “ the Analyzing of banking image at Bima city (study at BNI, BRI, and NTB Banks) the aim is to find out the image of the bank service (study at BNI, BRI, and NTB Banks) in the mind of its costumer or the other competitor, this research conducted on three companies which concern in the field of service banking that is BNI, BRI, and NTB banks, this is descriftive research, data collecting method use sample survey and data collecting technique is a questionare while determination technique for responden applied by purposive sampling with the amount of responden are 90 responder which are devided into 3 responden based on three banks observed and the last is analysis device done by two analysis which are, frequenci data and descriftive analysis. This research refer to agle research and friends, received in form of four important attributes on the banks namely, location, service, interest rate and the employee sociabiliy. The fourth attibutes useful for finding out the image of third banks at Bima city, and finally that consumer of third banks which is observed evaluate that those banks have a good image for saving.
